The application fee (depends on the project) is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once paid, no refund will be issued.
Advance salary (depending on the selected project) is paid after completing the first milestone as per the selected plan.
Total salary depends on successful project completion.
You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Aliya Book Publication.
Plagiarism, fraudulent activities, submission of false information, or violation of these terms will lead to immediate termination without refund.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
